TURNAROUND TIMES and RATES

Weekends are included in turnaround time. Saturday and Sunday are counted as a 24-hour period.
STANDARD: 48-72 hours $.45/page
RUSH: 24-47 hours $.65/page
EXPEDITE: 12-23 hours $.85/page
IMMEDIATE: Less than 12 hours $.95/page
TECHNICAL/MEDICAL: + $.10/page
MESSY TRANSCRIPTS: + $.10/page*
*If you’ve fully scoped the transcript and run spellcheck, you won’t have to worry about a messy transcript upcharge.
INVOICES are billed the first week of the following month and are due within 15 days via credit card or direct deposit.
DISCOUNT: 10% for referrals. If you know a court reporter who needs a proofreader, please share my name! For each CR you refer, I’d love to say thank you by giving you 10% off your next transcript after their first paid invoice.
LATE FEE: 10% upcharge for each week payment is overdue
